This 1310 Toyota transmission yoke fits passenger cars and trucks from Toyota and Lexus from as early as 1986 until 2007 (Previa, Van, Rav4, Supra, SC300, RX300, Highlander).

PTI has two additional versions of this yoke the 1303-41 and the 3103-21H (high angle).
