This is a European DIN flange built with 1310 ears.

DIN is the equivalent of the SAE standard in the United States. DIN flanges center on the outside diameter and therefore do not have a traditional pilot measurement.

This flange can be found on printing presses and industrial machines. PTI mainly uses it on the VW Vanagon Syncro driveshafts which are 1310 conversions.

The Bolt Circle is 74.50mm with a square 52mm pattern. The flange does have a 47mm female pilot which typically is not used. The flange pilots on the OD 90mm surface.
